BOOKING POLICY:
At the time of booking, a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to secure your date and time. This deposit is paid by using this website when booking your appointment

 

PAYMENT POLICY:
All shoots must be paid in full immediately following your shoot via cash or credit card.

 

LATE POLICY:
If the client runs more than 20 mins late, a surcharge fee of $50 will be added. There is a 10 minute grace period. Late arrivals result in shorter sessions. If additional time is desired by the client to retain the full photoshoot session time duration (depending on studio and photographer's availability), a $50/hr fee + additional late fees will be applied to their final invoice. Otherwise, the photoshoot session will end at the time specified in their appointment booking.

 

CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING:
ALL retainer fees & session are non-refundable. Client may reschedule the date of the portrait shoot listed above no later than 7 days prior to scheduled appointment time as specified in the acuity confirmation email with the written approval of the Photographer. Should the Photographer be unable to accommodate the Client's rescheduled date, the Client will not be held responsible for the remaining balance of this portrait photography contract, but will forfeit their initial deposit.


TURNAROUND TIME:
3-5 Business Day Edit Turnaround

(Business Days do NOT include Saturday and Sunday).

There is a rush fee available for 2 business day turnaround.

Please plan and book accordingly.

If the client would like the unedited images without the watermark it's $10 per image or $100 for the full session without watermark.

NEW COVID-19 PRECAUTION POLICIES

Photoshoot Precaution Policies effective immediately.

⁃ Non-essential guests are not allowed on set of your scheduled photo session in location or in studio.

⁃ Essential guests are defined as professional makeup artists, hair stylists, or wardrobe stylists hired for your scheduled photo session.


⁃ Only guests allowed on set of the photo session are those that will be photographed in the photo session.
 

⁃ Maternity shoots are allowed one non-essential guest. You must communicate with the photographer if you wish to bring one non-essential guest.

⁃ Please do not come to your scheduled photo session if you feel sick. Even if you only have a common cold. Please alert the photographer if you have any environment related allergies that may cause you to cough or sneeze.

⁃ You may reschedule your scheduled photo session prior to the date without any penalty if you have ANY kind of illness.

⁃ The photographer has the right to cancel and end any photo session early if client appears to exhibit any COVID-19 related symptoms.

- The Photographer will keep a distance of 6 feet or more from all clients and guests. 

Client and or guest(s) will not be able to view images via the photographer's camera during the photo session to prevent the possible passing of germs and to adhere to the 7 foot social distancing guidelines.

-In the studio I will have a monitor setup that you

will be able to review images before the session ends.
